Port O'Connor Crawfish Fest

 

The Chamber of Commerce in Port O’Connor, Texas, commissioned Raby Creative to develop the advertising and promotional campaign for the 2014 annual Port O’Connor Crawfish Festival.

The process here was simple: three preliminary concepts were proofed, one concept was chosen, then I started in on illustration, inking, and finishing. The design mimicked the 1960’s pop-art poster to appeal to the Baby-Boomer demographic and the nostalgia evoked by touring POC.

The turn-out for the 2014 Crawfish Fest was one of the best ever! I’m honored to have played a hand in establishing Port O’Connor’s brand awareness. These posters were sold at the event as collectors items.
